2nd Layer > choose yellow, violet, orange, blue (from gradient editor) and apply it like 15 degrees to the right.
3rd Layer > duplicate the 2nd layer and transform it horizontally.
2nd Layer blending mode > difference.
3rd Layer blending mode > overlay.
